The flexible AdvisorStream platform allows you to send client and prospect communication on any schedule or frequency that works for your lists and for your marketing goals.
Emails - If, after meeting with a prospective client, an advisor wants to send an article as a follow-up, he or she will be able to log into AdvisorStream to select and send content aligned with the prospect using the AdvisorStream QuickSend function. Sending a timely, interesting article or video from the AdvisorStream library to newly-acquired prospect leads is a low-pressure way to initiate the prospect to client conversion process.
Emails can also be sent to clients to follow up on meetings or conversations, or to initiate dialogues around target client segment concerns.
Newsletters - AdvisorStream provides suggested newsletter content on a regular basis, with a short list of recommended articles. The platform allows you to add your firm or personal content alongside the publisher content, to customize the suggested content, or create a completely custom newsletter using any content from the AdvisorStream library. Advisors can choose to send a newsletter out monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly according to client preference. Web Posts/Social Media – The AdvisorStream communications builder can generate posts for the advisor or firm websites based on any article or video, at any frequency. Your newsletter links can be posted to your social media accounts and recipients can share individual content pieces from emails or newsletters quickly and easily on their own social networks, expanding advisor reach, and generating new prospect leads [See Prospecting]
