Set & Forget provides advisors the ability to automate the distribution of specific content types. The tool allows you to send a set of emails and/or social posts that will be sent out automatically on a schedule.
How to create a Set & Forget campaign:
Begin by heading to the Campaign Dashboard of your AdvisorStream account.
Step 1: From the left-side menu select My Set & Forget
Step 2: Click the +new campaign
Step 3: Choose your Delivery Method (email or social)
Step 4: Select the Content Type you wish to automate – i.e. if you choose a market month video, your campaign will be automatically distributed each month, 1st week after month end.
Step 5: Customize your campaign with a custom message and branding.

- Subject Line Note: if you are under an AdvisorStream integrated compliance workflow then your custom subject line must be approved prior to the campaign distributing.
- Email Message Note: if you are under an AdvisorStream integrated compliance workflow, you will only be able to choose pre-approved intro notes from the dropdown displayed for your email message. You can manage your intro notes under the Intro Notes sub-navigation on the left-side menu.

- Recipients - type the name/email address, or select from the Contact List(s) - max 5000 contacts

- Social Message Note: if you are under an AdvisorStream integrated compliance workflow, you will only be able to choose pre-approved Intro Notes from the dropdown displayed for your social message. You can manage your intro notes under the Intro Notes sub-navigation on the left-side menu.
Step 6: Review your campaign summary.
Once you have completed the setup steps, click Submit. Your campaign is now live, the first campaign will be sent when new content is available.
How to Schedule a Campaign or Change the Schedule
Set & Forget campaigns follow a pre-defined schedule based on when content is made available by content type. Therefore, you cannot customize the schedule of the campaign.
