Begin by heading to the Campaign Dashboard of your AdvisorStream account.
· Step 1: From the left-side menu select My Set & Forget
· Step 2: Click the Edit button on the appropriate Campaign.
You have the ability to update the delivery method, greeting, salutation, subject line, email/social message, persona & branding, and recipients/social pages.
· Step 3: Once you have completed your updates, click Submit.
Your changes have now been saved and your campaign with the changes applied will be sent when new content is available.
Note: if you are under an AdvisorStream integrated compliance workflow and you have updated your custom email subject line, then your custom subject line must be approved prior to the campaign distributing.
How to Add or Remove Contacts from a Set & Forget Campaign:
Begin by heading to the Campaign Dashboard of your AdvisorStream account.
· Step 1: From the left-side menu select My Set & Forget
· Step 2: Click the Edit button on the appropriate Campaign.
· Step 3: Click Next to navigate to the Customize step.
· Step 4: In the Recipients field, type the name/email address, or select from the Contact List(s) - max 5000 contacts
· Step 5: Once you have updated the recipients, click Submit.
Your recipients have now been updated and your campaign will be sent to the new list of contacts when new content is available.
How to Edit the Content in a Campaign:
To change the content in a Set & Forget campaign, you will need to delete the active set & forget campaign and set up a new campaign with your desired content type. Follow the workflow to create a new campaign.
