Your Weekly Suggested Newsletter will automatically sent out every Friday afternoon between 12 PM and 2 PM EST.
If you are on the Semi-Automated workflow, your newsletter must be approved before the deadline of 11:30 AM EST.
If you miss the deadline, you have the ability to send the newsletter out on your own or schedule it for a specific time. For instructions on how to send your newsletter after the deadline click here.
For those on the Fully-Automated workflow, your newsletter will be sent out automatically unless you click the decline button.
Please note: For those on a compliance workflow, if you make changes to your newsletter compliance must approve the changes before the newsletter is sent. If your newsletter status is on hold this indicates that compliance has not yet approved your newsletter / changes. Once again, if you are on the semi-automated workflow, your newsletter must be approved by both compliance and you.
