If you have a custom article send your request at firstname.lastname@example.org and once the article has been ingested you will receive an email confirmation.
Option 1: When Adding To The Weekly Suggested Newsletter
Click on your "Outbox" tab.
Select the newsletter where you want to add the custom article. Hover over the date to have the options menu pop up and click "Edit".
Click on the article tab and click "Add Articles".
Step 4 & 5
Go to the "Source" section and select on your content source folder.
Once in the folder select the custom article you want to attach on your newsletter and click Launch Newsletter.
In the "Send" tab select the recipients you want to send your newsletter to.
Type the subject line of your newsletter
Click "Send" to send the newsletter immediately or click schedule for later to send the newsletter on a later date.
Option 2- When Creating Your Own Ad-Hoc Newsletter
Click on the "Newsletter Builder" tab on the top menu bar.
Go to the Article tab and select "Add Articles".
Step 3 & 4
Click on the "Sources Heading" and select the source folder where your custom article is stored.
Select the articles you want to share and click "Launch Newsletter". (In the newsletter builder, you can filter the article by a different publisher and source sites).
Once all the articles have been selected go to the "Send" tab and select the recipients you want to send your newsletter to. In the subject field select input your subject line for your newsletter. Click "Send" to send your newsletter immediately or click schedule for later to send your newsletter on a later date.
