Once a profile has been created and used within your client communications it cannot be deleted as it would disrupt content previously posted online. What we suggest doing is updating the profile to display any changes. This way any previous social media/website posts will be retroactively updated with the new profile information.
If your profile is locked and in read-only mode, this is because of your compliance workflow. Contact our client success department via email clientsuccess@advisorstream.com to assist with any necessary changes. Please note that any changes made will need to go through compliance and require approval before going live.
