A common reason why you are not receiving AdvisorStream email notifications is due to the inbound emails being filtered by the firewall or being sent to spam, junk, or trash folder. Check if any AdvisorStream emails are in any of those folders.
A way to ensure that all AdvisorStream emails are going to your inbox is to whitelist our addresses (firstname.lastname@example.org) into your systems. Whitelisting an emails means the address is a known source that is safe to accept emails from. Depending on your email service, you can whitelist by adding the address to your Contacts, or to an Approved/Allowed/Safe Senders list.
If you are still having issues receiving AdvisorStream emails you can change your email by going to account settings and going to the basic tabs. Once you change your email click save on the bottom left.
