White-labeling allows you to mask the AdvisorStream server when sending out emails and newsletters. When your contacts receive a white-labeled email they will only see a domain they recognize. White-labelling will allow for a higher delivery rate by reducing the chance the email will be marked as spam or end up within the junk folder.
If you own your email domain we encourage you to leverage our email white-labeling feature to help increase open rates.
This permission is changed by adding specific DNS entries from your domain registrar to AdvisorStream's email provider. Once these DNS entries are entered and propagated, recipient email servers and services will read the headers on the emails you send and check the DNS records to verify the email was initiated at a trusted source.
What you need to do:
Prior to sending emails through AdvisorStream, send the information that was sent separately to your service provider to update your DNS Records.
If you are interested in white-labeling please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
