AdvisorStream and The MassMutual Business Markets Team have paired up to provide MassMutual advisors with a brand new monthly business-centric newsletter to send to your business owner contacts starting the week of September 14, 2020.
The monthly business owner newsletter will be available to send the third week of every month and will follow the same compliance workflow as your existing newsletter. This means, one week a month, you'll receive two newsletters; 1) Weekly Suggested Newsletter 2) Business Owner Newsletter.
In order to take advantage of the business owner newsletter, you must have a segmented and tagged contact list. Business owner contacts will be excluded from the weekly suggested newsletter the third week of every month, and will instead receive the business owner newsletter.
Getting Started with the Business Owner Newsletter
There are only a few easy steps required before you can start sending the newsletter to your desired clients and prospects. Watch the video below to learn how to get set up for success:
Option 1: For advisors who do not have a Business Owner Contact List
Step 1: Head to your Contacts Dashboard and click the Create New List from the left.
Step 2: Create and Tag - Next name the list and below, ensure you select the tag Business Owners.
Step 3: Once you've created and tagged your Business Owner list, you need to import your business owner contacts into that list, see instructions here.

Option 2: For advisors who already have a Business Owner contact list
Step 1: Head to your Contacts Dashboard, click the arrow beside your business owner contact list, and then click Rename list
Step 2: Tag the list as Business Owners
** Only available for MassMutual advisors.
