Why Does My Brand Say Awaiting Approval?

The Brand Awaiting Home Office Approval message indicates that your Brand submission has been sent out to your compliance officer for approval.

Once compliance approves your Brand submission the yellow message will disappear, and your Brand will be updated and live on all communications and content landing pages.
If compliance rejects your Brand submission, the yellow message will be replaced with a red message box outlining the required changes.

All approvals or rejections will be sent to you via email.
