Your Brand is a part of your digital business card (Profile + Brand) and will appear on all pieces of content and communications including social media/web posts, lead opt-in form, new updates, targeted emails, and campaigns. It's critical to keep your Brand update-to-date and professional.
In this article, you will learn how to create and/or edit your Brand.
Your Brand includes the following details:
1. Company name |
Appears below your name on content landing pages and news updates. |
2. Logo |
Appears along the top of all content landing pages and all communications. Supported file types include: .JPEG or .PNG. Optimal Dimensions - 1024x300 pixels. |
3. Slogan | Appears on content landing pages and news updates, below the logo to the right. We encourage you to include your slogan as part of the logo image |
4. Primary firm color | The background color of your call-to-action button |
5. Opt-in message | The message that appears on your opt-in page (pop-up), asking investors to leave their information in exchange for consent to receive your news update. |
6. Secondary firm color | The text color of your call-to-action button |
7. Web disclaimer | Appears at the bottom of every content page |
8. Email disclaimer | Appears at the bottom of every news update & email |
9. Custom subdomain | Appears within the beginning of all content page URLs |
Create a Brand:
1. Click your name or username at the top right and then Account & Settings
2. This will launch you into the Profile & Branding of your Account & Settings
3. Click into the + box to create a new Brand
4. This will launch the Brand form, fill out all fields
5. Click Save

Edit Your Brand:
Once you have a Brand created you are able to come back and make edits when needed.
1. Click your name or username at the top right and then Account & Settings
2. This will launch you into the Profile & Branding of your Account & Settings
3. Click into the Brand logo you wish to edit
4. This will launch the Brand form, edit any desired fields
5. Click Save
If your Brand is locked or greyed out, email AS_Support@broadridge.com with the requested changes.

Awaiting home office approval:
If you are on an integrated compliance workflow, changes will not be reflected until compliance approval is obtained. You will receive an email notification acknowledging approval or necessary changes.
