The Campaigns tool is entirely dynamic and provides you with the capability to update and edit all Campaigns to keep them hyper current. Allowing you to pivot focus, theme, audience, or content selection at any time.
Begin by heading to the Campaign Dashboard of your AdvisorStream account.
Step 1: From the left-side menu select My Campaigns.
Step 2: Click the Edit button on the appropriate Campaign.
You have the ability to update the frequency, subject line, greeting, email message, content, schedule, and audience enrollment.
How to Edit the Email Drip Frequency
- Under section 2 you can update the time interval between email drips, either increasing or decreasing the frequency as preferred.
*Note: Contact frequency preferences will be followed.
How to Edit the Content
If the content piece was hand-selected by you:
- Under section 5 - compose your email message, below the message box click the X to remove the content piece.
- Click the +Select Content button and select a new piece of content.
If the content piece is auto-selected by AdvisorStream:
- Under section 3 - choose a content topic for this campaign, you can choose a different topic from the dropdown. AdvisorStream will select a timely article at the time of sending.
How to Edit the Greeting/ Subject Line:
- Under the Content and Messaging, here you can set a greeting for each of your drip emails. This will tie to your contacts and will address recipients by your selection.
How to Edit the Message
- Under section 5 - compose your email messages. Click into the message box you wish to edit, ability to edit all emails within the Campaign.
*Note: If you are under an integrated compliance workflow, compliance will need to approve your changes.
How to Edit the Audience

Scroll down to the Enrollment section. Here you can add or remove a contact.
- To remove, click the X beside the contact(s).
- To add, use the picker to choose the contact(s) or list(s) to enroll in the campaign.
Remove a contact:
Enroll Contacts:
- From the left side menu click My Campaigns .
- Click View.
- Type the name/ email address or select from the Contact list(s) - max 5000 contacts.
- Choose to send the first email within the Campaign now or delay it for the next available scheduled time.
