This enhancement allows clients to create shared folders in Wagtail and assign visibility to groups themselves. This is highly valuable because it removes the need for clients to rely on Broadridge to manage folder visibility.
Clients can now create shared folders in Wagtail and assign folder visibility directly to groups. This gives clients more control over content organization and access management without needing Broadridge to manage folder visibility changes.

1. Click Add New Content
2. Select SSO to Wagtail
3. Click Pages
4. Click the top page
5. Click Add Child Page
6. Select Shared Folder
7. Enter the required information

To select multiple groups, hold Shift on the keyboard while selecting the desired groups
8. Click Publish
9. Open the newly created folder
10. Click Add Child Page within the folder to add content
Here are the steps to move content to a different folder:
1. Navigate to the content piece you want to move.
2. Click the three-dot Actions menu beside the title.
3. Select Move
4. Choose the new parent folder / page
5. Click Confirm
Expected Outcome
- The shared folder is successfully created
- The folder is visible to the selected groups
- Content can be added inside the shared folder
