AdvisorStream allows an account owner to add an additional Delegate/Assistant Email to their account. This can be an assistant or someone helping to manage your account. This enables the assistant to receive the same system notifications (a duplicate copy) as the account owner.
Note: Since the delegate is receiving the same system notification (a copy), for any notifications that require action, the system will accept the first person who takes action. It is up to the account owner to keep this email address up to date.
Begin by heading to Account & Settings of your AdvisorStream account.
- Select the Basics tab along the left- hand side
- Scroll towards the bottom Delegate/ Assistant Emails
- Click Add Delegate
- Type in email address
- Click Save
