The Monthly Newsletter is scheduled for delivery on the 16th of each month.
Note: If the 16th falls on a weekend or statutory holiday, the newsletter will be delivered on the second business day following the 16th. This ensures the newsletter is sent on a standard business day, when engagement is typically higher.
Compliance Approval
Newsletter delivery is dependent on compliance approval of all articles included in that month’s newsletter.
- The newsletter content is published on the 15th of each month.
- Articles intended for the newsletter can be found in the Content Library under the Monthly eNewsletter section.
- These articles are clearly identified with a “Monthly Newsletter” label, making them easy for compliance teams to review and approve.
- To ensure timely delivery, we recommend that compliance reviews and approvals are completed on the 15th, as delays in approval will impact the newsletter send date.
What Happens If Compliance Approval Is Delayed?
If the newsletter content is not approved on the 15th, compliance teams have a 10-day lookback period starting from the date the content is published.
- Within this 10-day window, all four articles included in the newsletter must be approved.
- Once all approvals are completed, the newsletter will be automatically distributed the following business day.

Here are the steps on how you can Automate your Newsletter:
1. Click "Edit Settings" or "Customize Delivery" to update your automation level, recipients, greeting, and persona.
2. Select the automation type that best suits your needs.
3. Click "Next."
4. Choose your preferred greeting and salutation.
5. Select the persona you want to send the newsletter as.
6. Choose your recipients by selecting specific lists, or check "Select All" to send to all imported active contacts.
7. Click "Next."
8. Review the total number of contacts enrolled and the delivery method.
9. To make changes, click the "Edit Settings" button.
10. If no changes are needed, click the "Submit" button to confirm your automation settings.
11. To go back to the previous step, click the "Back" button.
