These different Newsletter Template Styles offers a unique way to engage with your audience, whether you're sharing exciting company news, or delivering valuable industry insights. In this video below, you’ll learn how to view each Newsletter Template Style.
Step 1: Begin by clicking on your Outbox
Step 2: Find the newsletter you would like to edit (within In Progress or Awaiting Approval)
Step 3: Hover over the newsletter title and click the Edit icon (pencil and paper)
Step 4: Click on the Newsletter Style to view the different styles available
This will launch the Newsletter Builder where all edits/changes are made.
Navigate to the Customizations tab.
Note: The Newsletter Builder automatically launches you into the Preview section.
Newsletter Styles:
Two Column No Frame - No boarder frame around your newsletter, simple style, clean and classic.
Two Column Framed - Creates a boarder frame around your newsletter (most commonly used). Modern and responsive design for maximum compatibility across different email clients.
Classic - Brings your branding and digital business card along the top, this look is to look more like a letter/handwritten letter.
Basic with Footer - Brings your branding along the top and digital business card along the bottom (footer). This allows the main focus to be on the newsletter message and content.
One Column - Content is stacked above one another with image in a box style followed by a short description of the article.
One Column Spotlight - Stacks your branding and digital business card along the top, this is highlighting your first article that will stand out for your viewers to read first.
Client Letter - Displays your branding along the top followed by the newsletter introduction and then your digital business card underneath. This is to emphasize the message of the newsletter and de-emphasize the content be shared.
Weekly Market Commentary - Identical to Client Letter, this displays your branding along the top followed by the newsletter introduction and then your digital business card underneath. This is to emphasize the message of the newsletter and de-emphasize the content be shared.
Two Column Framed French - Creates a boarder frame around your newsletter this template has some additional logic to support French language.
Preview
From the Preview section, you can review your newsletter and the newsletter template style you selected before submitting to compliance approval or sending it. The Preview also automatically saves your work.
Note: Primary and Secondary colors from the branding section may impact the template style you select and how it will look. This will be on newsletter line breaks of the introduction and certain header and title sections.
