When queuing up articles you have the ability to add a custom message. You may also edit and or add a custom message to content you queued for at a later date/time. If the content piece has already posted to your social media but would like to change the message, you will need to edit the post from social.
Follow the Steps Below to Learn How to Edit a Custom Message:
- Click on your AdvisorStream Outbox
- Click Scheduled
- This will display any upcoming articles queued to share. Hover your mouse over the title and off the right-click the pencil & paper Edit option.
- Add a message in the Your Message box or edit the existing one. You can also make changes to the posting location or the Persona.
Note: Custom Messages are subject to compliance workflow, and may either require approval or are not permitted.
