If your connected social media account(s) in your Account Setting >> Social Networks has an Awaiting Approval tag this means that your Head Office Compliance department has not yet approved the connection of your social media account(s) on the AdvisorStream platform. All social media accounts regardless of the platform will need to be approved by compliance before you can begin sharing content.
This will only affect accounts that are under an integrated compliance workflow. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for compliance to review and approve your connected social networks. If it has been more than 5 business days and your social networks have not yet been approved, please contact your Account Manager or email AS_Support@broadridge.com.
