The Supervised Users dashboard allows Compliance users to access a directory of all advisors under their supervision and compliance workflow. In this section, Compliance teams will review and approve any pending Personal Profiles, Brands, and connected Social Media and Websites.
The Supervised Users section includes subcategories which include:
| Advisors | Ability to search and view all accounts and advisors under your Supervision. Provides quick access to their Personal Profiles, Brand, and any connected Social Media & Websites. |
| Personal Profiles | Any pending Personal Profiles that require review and approval - this includes newly created Profile and/or changes to existing ones. |
| Brand Profiles | Any pending Personal Brands that require review and approval - this includes newly created Brands and/or changes to existing ones. |
| Supervisor Activity |
Get a pulse on the efforts executed by your Compliance reviewers. Reports provided illustrating the number of approvals completed by each Compliance reviewer for Profiles, Brands, connect Social Media & Websites, article approvals, social share reviews, and newsletter reviews. |
| Article Audit | Article audit approval trail showing the title of the article reviewed in the library, the name of the approver, and the time stamp of when it was approved. |
| Switch User | Allows you to access and impersonate advisors' accounts on their behalf. |
