Use the copy option to replicate a current or previous newsletter in your Outbox. When you replicate a newsletter, we duplicate all content and you set up the distribution (send time and recipients). Replication is best used when you want to resend a newsletter/email to people who didn't open or receive it the first time.
In this article, you'll learn how to make a copy of your newsletters/emails.
- Head to your Outbox
- Locate the newsletter:
a. For newsletters not yet sent they will appear in either the Awaiting Approval or In Progress.
b. For previously sent newsletters they will appear in the Today, This Week, This Month, January, February, etc. - Hover over the date and click the Copy icon (two papers icon). Once you have copied the newsletter you will be brought into the Newsletter Builder where you can choose to make changes, save and return to it later or send/schedule delivery.
Note: If you make a copy of your weekly suggested newsletter, the new copy must be sent out manually by clicking the send button or scheduling it. The automation does not apply to any copied versions.
