Overview
The Reviewer Assignment option allows authorized Compliance users to assign advisors to a specific compliance reviewer.
Who Can Access Reviewer Assignment?
Compliance reviewers who have access to the Supervised Users tab and the appropriate Compliance Assignment permission may see the Reviewer Assignment. This option appears in the top purple navigation banner.
Access Levels
| Access Type | What the User Can Do |
|---|---|
| Compliance Assignment Admin | The user can view the Reviewer Assignment dashboard and assign advisors to supervisors or compliance reviewers. |
| Compliance Assignment View | The user can view the Reviewer Assignment dashboard but cannot assign advisors to supervisors or compliance reviewers. |
How to Assign an Advisor to a Compliance Reviewer
- Log in to your AdvisorStream account.
- Click on your name on the right-hand side and select Supervised Users.
- Go to the top purple navigation banner.
- Select Reviewer Assignment.
- Locate the advisor who needs to be assigned, select the box next to their name
- Assign the Compliance Reviewer by clicking on Assign to Reviewer
- Confirm that the advisor is assigned to the correct reviewer by clicking on the Advisors tab along the purple banner and then using Reviewer Queue and select the name/group.
