There are a few ways in which you can determine who has unsubscribed from your newsletter communications.
Unsubscribed contacts will automatically be removed from receiving further communications and do not count towards your overall contacts limit. We encourage you to keep all unsubscribes within the system, so that you have a record and do not accidentally re-uploaded them.
Option 1: Viewing your Unsubscribes from Within Contacts
Step 1
At the top of your screen, click on the contacts tab
Step 2
From the frequency preference drop down click Unsubscribe. A list will generate showing all of your contacts who have unsubscribed.
Option 2: Exporting from Reports
Step 1: At the top of your screen, click on the Reports tab.
Scroll down to view sent newsletters and click on the title of a newsletter to expand the information for that send.
Step 2: Click the Export to CSV. button, the file will download to your computer. Here you will see a full export of everyone the newsletter was sent to as well as a delivery status/ unsubscriber status.
