Create your own newsletters to send to clients and prospects, listen and learn about what's resonating with them and send specific newsletters to show you know your clients.
1. Begin with the content library and click the Build Newsletter.
2. Select the article you’d like to include by clicking the article image.
3. Option to select article(s) by Publishers or Topics from the left.
4. Click Launch Builder.
5. Click the Customization button to make changes to the body of the newsletter.
6. Ability to change template, title, body message and ensure you’ve selected your greeting.
7. Click on the Preview button to review how your newsletter will appear to clients.
8. Click the send button.
9. Select the recipients you’d like to send the newsletter to and con rm the subject line.
10. To send the newsletter. Click the submit for review button to route the newsletter to compliance for approval.
* NOTE: Remember if you are on a compliance workflow, you must submit the newsletter for review first. You will receive an email notification once compliance has approved your newsletter. You will then need to send your newsletter out manually.
