The AdvisorStream Outbox is where you can find a history of all past and current communications including newsletters, social media posts, website posts, direct emails, and campaigns. Within the outbox there are a number of distinct labels and indicators that appear, giving you more information on the status of communication. This article will go through the various potential labels you may see associated with a communication.
Approve - Indicates that approval is required before AdvisorStream can automatically send or share.
Decline - Indicates your newsletter or social post will be automatically sent/shared unless you click decline.
Submit for Review – Indicates that the Newsletter requires review by your head office compliance. You must submit the newsletter for review and obtain approval before AdvisorStream can send it on your behalf.
Scheduled to Auto-Send - Indicates the newsletter will automatically be sent out on Friday. You can also set a scheduled time and date.
Auto-Queued - Indicates that the article has been queued up by the system and will post at its scheduled time in your Social Scheduler.
Newsletter Labels - The newsletter label is the text that appears in the purple box next to the newsletter title. This label can be used to display a note, reminder, or any other text you would like to leave for yourself as the label is not client facing.
